Replaced rotting original timber fascias with 18mm solid anthracite grey uPVC, continuous ventilated soffits, and high-capacity deep-flow square guttering.
Complete Slate Roof Restoration
Stripped degraded 1930s tiles, renewed counter-battens with high-tensile breathable membrane, and installed natural slate tiles with dry ridge ventilation system.
Seamless EPDM Flat Roof Extension
Installed 1.52mm commercial grade EPDM single-ply rubber membrane over new 120mm PIR rigid warm-roof insulation board with integrated black kerb drip trims.
Emergency Chimney Lead Flashing & Ridge Bedding
Resolved chronic water ingress into second-floor bedroom. Removed cracked sand-and-cement mortar, installed Code 4 milled lead step flashings, and repointed stack.
Residential Eaves & Gutter Overhaul
Full gutter realignment to correct backwards fall. Installed eaves felt reinforcement trays to stop water overshooting into soffits.
